Civilian De-escalation

The Civilian De-escalation course is based on our emotional intelligence for law enforcement course and our experience dealing with extraordinarily high stress situations. We focus on self awareness and self management strategies because you can not create an environment primed for de-escalation without first de-escalating yourself. Like our emotional intelligence course we promise to leave you with actionable protocols, grounded in research, that WILL IMPROVE your ability to communicate under stress. Our instructors are passionate about inspiring you to work towards the best relationships you have ever had personally and professionally.

Civilian De-escalation is a 2-3 hour class depending on organizational needs.
