The final 2 days of the POISE Frontline Responder Academy is the capstone of a comprehensive 40-hour learning pathway that includes on-demand instruction and live interactive webinars. This two-day, in-person experience brings the concepts to life through applied skill practice training focused on decision-making, situational awareness, emotional intelligence, and team communication under stress.
